Monday 21st April: 6:00pm – “Is Shariah just about punishments?” With the current spotlight on Islamic Shariah law we take this opportunity to see what it really implements and what it did for mankind Tuesday 22nd April: 6:00pm – “Are we really one Ummah?” Everywhere you look the sense of nationalism is pushed. We take a look at how this fits within Islam as we often hear the One Ummah concept but are we really One Ummah? Wednesday 23rd: 9:00am - Brothers Paintballing A chance to get together and relieve some stress the best way brothers can. To guarantee a place please pay your £20 to a committee member and meet at the prayer room at 9am sharp! This is a half day and we will be back at university at 1:30pm InshAllah. The event is open to all brothers so please invite your friends and classmates. Please note the £20 is for the entry fee and includes 250 paintballs to get you started, but we do advise you to bring extra money for more paintballs. We will discuss the final stages of one’s life, the journey from this life to that of the grave, judgment day and the hereafter. Friday 25th: Brothers – Go Ape assault course Another chance to get together and put your skills, fitness and teamwork to the test. Go Ape is Go Ape is an award-winning high wire forest adventure course of rope bridges, tarzan swings and zip slides all set high up in the tree tops. To guarantee a place please pay your £25 to a committee member as we have limited places available. Please note the £25 is the entry fee and will cost no more for you to enjoy the day out.
